Referee Development Pathway
The Manitoba Soccer Assocation provides many different oportunities to develop you refereeing qualifications, read below for more information.
Current referees on the MSA senior list interested in upgrading to Regional or Provincial classification status must email the MSA Referee Department.
Potential candidates will be selected for the upgrading program based on previous experience, assessments and fitness testing results.
