Referee Development Pathway
The Manitoba Soccer Association provides many different opportunities to develop you refereeing qualifications, read below for more information.
Referee Upgrading:
Current referees on the MSA senior list interested in upgrading to Regional or Provincial classification status must email the MSA Referee Development Manager, Damian Truong. dtruong@manitobasoccer.ca
Potential candidates will be selected for the upgrading program based on previous experience, assessments and fitness testing results.
