MSA Referee Program
The Manitoba Soccer Association (MSA) Referee Program is responsible for the administration and control of Referees registered with The Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) who reside within the Province of Manitoba.
Vision:
To develop and train all officials to be the best referees they can be and grow the game of soccer through quality officiating.
Objectives:
Recruit and retain a network of dedicated referees.
Emphasize the Referee Pathway to promote referees from District to Regional, Provincial and National levels.
Build a comprehensive education and skill development program for all referees.
